Primitivo 750ml 2020

Primitivo is grown in Puglia, and in California as the stalwart Zinfandel, as well as Italy. One thing it holds in common is the ability to produce excellent wines!

From the terroirs of these three regions to the final wine, it is a grape with a long history of greatness and mystery.

Tasting Notes

On the palate, the red fruits seem to darken, with flavors of plum or blackberry becoming more apparent as the wine opens. This Primitivo shows classic aromas of red fruits like candied raspberry, lifted by notes of cinnamon and pipe tobacco from its long oak aging.
